TAGAMEND HISTORY
In the early part of 1990, while living in the United States I was suffering from diabetes with a lot of complication namely; arthritis, high blood, heart diseases, hemorrhoids, migraine, hypertension, poor eyesight, dandruff, impotence, hernia, and insomnia. I was so depressed then and I sought different types of cure and medicines that will relieved my suffering and pain. I consulted several doctors and hospital specialist and undergone different examinations, laboratory test and x-rays, but to no avail. I believed that I inherited my diabetes from my mother, because she died of diabetes. My diabetes got worst; my blood sugar shot up that I had gangrene on my right foot. My American doctor advises me to have my right foot amputated so the toxic substance will not spread all over my body.
I visited the Philippines in December 1992 to see if there is anything that can cure my pain from arthritis and the rest of my illnesses. I went to a lot of known doctors, hospitals and acupuncturist but the pain, nonetheless, was not cured.
One day, while reading some verses in the Bible, something was mentioned regarding the people in the early years, where these people managed to live for 900 years or more such as Adams 932 years, Jarid 962 years, Matusalem 969 years and King Solomon more than 800 years. I was puzzled, but the subject challenged me to spend time reading and I studying the food and drink these early people were using. There must be something in the food or drink that prolonged the life span of these people. I came to realize that early people drink a lot of wine from grapes. Based on this concept, I took up herbal medicine in the Philippines and I read and studied the herbs that have something to do with pain, inflammation, hearing, eyesight wounds, antibiotics, etc. After selecting and picking the three herbs, I mixed these herbs to the grapes. The result was astonishing because it cured my arthritis, heart palpitation and insomnia and other complications.
In February 1993, I went back to the United States to try to perfect the formula. A lot of time, money and effort have been poured in the development of the herbal product; three more types of herbal were added. More testing and testimonials were done and much to my surprise, cancer, Asthma, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Migraine, Dysmenorrhea, and kidney disease can also be cured by this preparation. So in November 1993 I concluded that the product is quite perfect due to the positive testimonials of the people who have used the product.
In the course of my research and development of the product, I started producing the product in a very small quantity. However, the herbal blend was not given free but sold at very cheap price to subsidize the cost of production. These activities lasted until September, 1994 where I went back to the Philippines to produce, in mass quantity, the new product now popularly known as “TAGAMEND”.
